ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is an international standard with several requirements to the quality system of a company.

  • The quality system implies a commitment from the management and is closely related to the business activities, the market activities and the requirements from customers and in regulations.
  • The quality system is thoroughly implemented and followed on all levels and by all employees throughout the company.
  • Decisions being made with regards to the quality system are based on a number of logged registrations and the system is surveyed and regularly evaluated to ensure that all procedures and instructions are followed and that the efficiency is maintained. This provides the company with a continuous improvement.
  • The company logs all purchases and strictly makes sure that the suppliers provide all the relevant documentation.
  • New products are tested thoroughly to ensure that they meet with all requirements.
  • Internal revisions are carried out on a regular basis through inspections and meeting activities to ensure that the quality system is functioning.
  • Deviation routines ensure that deviations are documented and that the cause of the deviation is corrected.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an international standard that serves as a framework to assist organizations in developing their own environmental management system.

  • Firstly, the environmental impact of the company is surveyed to decide which environmental impacts that are substantial and which improvement efforts that would be appropriate. An environmental policy is framed in accordance with this analysis and also an environmental improvement program with environmental objectives and time limits.
  • The fundamental principle and overall goal of the ISO 14001 standard, is the concept of continual improvement. ISO 14001 is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology and to succeed in fulfilling the environmental objectives, a management system must be implemented.

OHSAS 18001

OHSAS 18001 is an international standard that serves as a framework to assist organizations in developing their own work environmental management system. Quality assurance of the work environment gives several positive effects such as:
